Exclusion from ESLÜ
According to the articles of association of ESLÜ, a member may resign his/her membership (Clause 2.4) or may be excluded from membership with the decision of the general meeting (Clause 2.3).
According to Management Board decision 7.1 from June 15th 2005, a member, whose membership fee is not received in the current account of ESLÜ or paid in cash within two months as of the original payment day of the membership fee, will be automatically excluded from ESLÜ and deleted from the list of members.
